Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RelayJob. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use RelayJob.

RelayJob is an AI Career Agent. It discovers and scores jobs, researches companies, and prepares genuine, evidence-backed applications — cover letters, CV selections, screening answers and a Trust Signal page — for you to review.

By default, nothing is submitted without your review and approval ("human-in-the-loop"). Optional automated submission is off unless you explicitly enable it, and we apply a Channel Respect rule: we do not use the service to violate third-party platform rules, and we keep a human in the loop where a platform requires it.

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are for a single individual.

You own your data — your CV, profile and proof points. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that data to provide the service (including sending relevant parts to our AI providers to generate applications).

You are responsible for the applications you approve and send. Our integrity gate is a safeguard that blocks claims it can't trace to your profile, but you must review each application for accuracy before approving it. You confirm the information you provide about yourself is true.

You agree not to:

• Use RelayJob for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or fabricated information about yourself or others.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or the integrity gate.
• Use the service in a way that violates a third party's terms, or to scrape or overload any platform.
• Resell or share your account, or use the service to build a competing dataset.

RelayJob assists your job search; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. AI-generated content can contain errors — you remain responsible for reviewing it before it's sent. Match scores and research are aids to your judgement, not professional advice.

Paid plans are sold and billed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future periods. Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle's processing.

We may offer a free trial with a limited number of applications and a fixed duration, with no card required. We may modify or end trial offers at any time. At the end of a trial, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe.

RelayJob, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You keep ownership of your own content.

RelayJob interacts with third parties such as job boards, employers and their applicant-tracking systems. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their decisions, content, or how they handle an application once you've submitted it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayJob will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using RelayJob and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
